Our Collaborative Design Studio
Nestled in the West Bank of the Flats, we are minutes from Public Square, Ohio City, and the best that Cleveland has to offer. Our modern, bright design studio features an open-plan atmosphere that encourages collaboration.
Beyond BIM
Technology helps us better understand and represent the design of the project. Traditionally, we visualized in 3D, drew in 2D, and then built in 3D. With BIM, we think and document in 3D throughout the entire design process. With real-time 3D visualization, we can create fully interactive models. This not only leads to stunning 2D renderings but allows us to create live virtual walkthroughs that explore all spaces in the facility.

Civil-Municipal Engineer
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and energetic individual to support our governmental design, commercial clients, and program work as Civil Engineer. This individual will develop site concepts and plans according to program, codes, and construction budget for public and commercial projects.
Design Coordinator II
We are looking for creative, passionate and energetic individuals to support and serve as a project team member in pre-design, programming, design, construction documentation, and construction administration tasks.
Electrical Engineer
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and energetic individual to support our construction design for our civic, commercial, and retail clients as an Electrical Engineer. This individual will prepare project construction documents ensuring compliance with all company, client, and industry standards for building construction projects.
Senior Structural Engineer
We are looking for creative, passionate, and energetic individuals to support our governmental design, commercial clients, and program work as Senior Structural Engineer. This individual will prepare project deliverables ensuring compliance with all company, client, and industry standards for commercial and retail building construction projects.
