The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, passionate and energetic individual to support our governmental design, commercial clients, and program work as Specification Writer.

The ideal candidate is resourceful and inquisitive, has a passion for great architecture, wants to help foster long-term client relationships through exemplary service, and believes that projects should be tailored to the client’s needs.

Specific job responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Prepares and coordinates specifications for projects, including interfacing with in-house and consulting engineers.
  2. Develops and maintain office standards for specifications.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A professional degree
  • Construction Specifier Institute or Architectural Registration
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and reviewing authorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Masterspec
  • Experience within any or all of our sectors of practice, especially: retail design, national programs, and/or governmental projects
