The Opportunity

We are looking for creative, passionate and energetic individuals to support our governmental design, commercial clients, and program work as Marketing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate is resourceful and inquisitive, has a passion for great architecture, wants to help foster long-term client relationships through exemplary service, and believes that projects should be tailored to the client’s needs.

Specific job responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Graphic design for internal and external communications and collateral
  2. Management of company social media accounts
  3. Assist the coordination and preparation of Statements of Qualifications, Proposals, and Shortlist interviews
  4. Assist with website updates
  5. Assist with written and graphic packages for Award Submissions
  6. Assist with firm brand management
  7. Coordinate project photography
  8. Support other sales and marketing initiatives as needed

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A professional degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, and/or the AEC industry
  • High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with social media strategy
