The Opportunity

We are looking for creative, passionate and energetic individuals to support our governmental design, commercial clients, and program work as Project Architects/Project Designers. This individual would lead the development of comprehensive construction documents, working closely with Bowen senior management, consultants, and clients.

The ideal candidate is resourceful and inquisitive, has a passion for great architecture, wants to help foster long-term client relationships through exemplary service, and believes that projects should be tailored to the client’s needs.

Other preferred qualifications include:

  • A professional degree
  • Architectural registration, or pursuit of registration
  • Proficiency in design software including: REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and reviewing authorities
  • Experience in all phases of design and construction administration
  • Flexibility for Travel
  • Experience within any or all of our sectors of practice, especially: retail design, national programs, and/or governmental projects
