RL Bowen Construction Management partnered with AMHigley to perform as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s Max Hayes High School. The new school was built on a brownfield site on the west side of Cleveland. It houses 800 students in grades 9 through 12.
Construction began in June 2013 and was completed in August 2015, in time for student occupancy.
The architect for the school was Cleveland Educational Design Alliance (CEDA).
