This upscale, retail development, located in an affluent suburb northwest of Chicago, houses approximately 15 tenants with 4 anchor locations. The project was designed to meet critical design standards for the Rand Road Corridor. A portion of the site will be a park for the village, incorporating water retention areas and wetland habitat features.
Richard L. Bowen + Associates performed architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering services for this project. One of the challenges of the site was that no city water was available requiring us to engineer a well and retention system for the fire pump and sprinkler system.
