COTA Downtown Terminal Renovations

Richard L. Bowen & Associates, Inc. performed architectural services as a subconsultant to Resource International, Inc. on the following terminal renovation projects:

The Commons Transit Terminal - This 41,000 SF downtown terminal has been in use since November 1989 and is adjacent to Columbus Commons Park. RLB+A designed renovations including lighting upgrades, ADA compliance, signage, murals and restroom upgrades. Security cameras and a smart pass system were also installed. This phased project remained open throughout construction.

Spring Street Transit Terminal - This downtown terminal has been in use by COTA since 1984. Renovations included site grading, paving, a new canopy, signage, enclosed and climate-controlled waiting area, ADA compliance, and lighting upgrades.
