Following the success with The Shoppes at Parma, PREP selected Bowen to convert another enclosed mall to an open-air concept.
The former Hanover Mall is reimagined as Hanover Crossing. Restaurants, anchors, a cinema, and outlots surround community green space. The 600,000 SF project includes renovation of existing tenants/buildings and new construction.
