Right-Sizing

With the retail landscape continuously evolving clients have been looking for ways to remain competitive in the tighter brick-and-mortar arena. This includes reducing the cost of leases, maintenance, and conditioning of the space; while maximizing the usability of store square footage. For some clients, this practice, known as right-sizing, has become the perfect solution. Our team has worked with many of our national retail clients to help determine their optimal size, review code compliance due to layout revisions and provide design support in the form of proposed plans and elevation options for future lessees.
