COTA McKinley Ave Administration + Training Addition

We provided COTA with recommendations for facility improvements that would allow them to continue to operate out of this location for the next 30 years.

COTA Fields Ave. CNG + BEB

Our design for COTA's CNG facility has a sustainable focus that includes eight compressors capable of fueling a fleet of 180 buses daily, site and HVAC upgrades.

COTA McKinley CNG Facility

We designed, engineered, and brought into code-compliance a new CNG compressing plant and fueling station, the largest in Ohio, that accommodates 250 buses.

Laketran Headquarters

After performing a facilities assessment, we created design drawings that provide for enhanced and expanded administration, storage, and maintenance areas.

PARTA CNG Fueling Station

This project, which brought the first CNG fueling station to Portage County, progressed over two phases.

COTA Spring Street Terminal

Our design for a replacement bus terminal includes a shelter building with a glass-enclosed passenger waiting area and a new, CNG compliant canopy.

GCRTA Clifton Blvd Transportation Enhancement

We led an vast team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, and planners to design and implement a five-mile long transportation enhancement program.

OTIC Service Plazas

We designed two pairs of service plazas programmed with a food court, vending, video games, restrooms, truck driver amenities, a large lobby, and pet areas.

GCRTA East 55th Street Rapid Transit Facility

Our bold, daring, and colorful design serves the headquarters, maintenance, and transit police facilities as nearly all operators begin their routes here.

GCRTA Triskett Bus Maintenance Facility

This complex maintenance garage holds 200 buses and is programmed with vehicle maintenance areas and administratice offices, all within 220,000 square feet.

Lorain County Rail Platform

A new glass-enclosed pedestrian bridge which spans over the existing Norfolk Southern tracks links three new elevator and stair towers.
