Maximizing efficiency to provide flexible facilities and services for athletes
Working with Cedar Fair, Bowen developed a criteria package including concept and floor plans for a multi-use indoor sports complex. This two-story facility will include:
- 9 open courts with divider curtains
- A competition court with retractable bleachers
- A Firelands Medical Center
- A YMCA will a full natatorium
- Party room
- Locker rooms
Following the selection of a Design-Build team, Bowen served as an Owner’s Advisor, offering value engineering suggestions and assuring the project keeps the original design intent.
