The culmination of more than 10 years of planning and renovation

This is the final phase of over 10 years of renovation to COTA’s primary maintenance and training facility. Our work at this facility began with a comprehensive assessment and master plan, followed by phased renovations that brought in two CNG fueling stations, a new driver and training addition, and a bus wash. This latest phase expands and reimagines the core maintenance facility and administrative spaces.

Expanded areas include:

• A New Canopy that Shelters Service Vehicles
• New Store Room / Radio Room
• New 4,000 SF Storage Building
• Updated Maintenance Equipment
