Bowen has worked with a national online retailer’s Transportation Engineering Services, including Design Standards, Preconstruction Managers, Construction Managers, Design and Engineering, and Special Projects groups since 2020. Over that time we have developed a rock-solid understanding of the project processes, tools, vocabulary, and delivery model the client has established to streamline project execution, as well as project expectations. Our team has become experts at addressing and resolving issues unique to each site, and more importantly, knowing when – and to whom – to reach out on the client’s team. We enjoy very productive relationships and regularly garner positive feedback from the client’s representatives with whom we have had the pleasure to work with and for.

A separate listing enumerates the Delivery Station projects we have completed, numbering over two dozen, which include several iterations of project prototypes including Medium, Large, and Extra Large projects and those in which vehicles are accommodated within the buildings. Projects have included single-sided and double-sided loading and include Build-to-Suit, New Building, and Existing Building formats.

We have been praised by Preconstruction CMs, Construction CMs, and Design Standards, as active problem-solving participants in the refinement of details and technical topics to achieve better solutions to a range of issues. We engage in the client’s weekly Office Hours sessions, Design Summits, and Safety Summits in order to stay sharp and on the leading edge of current thinking and future intentions of the client’s building program. We are also frequently told that our attention to detail, proactive leadership, care, and timely responses to matters throughout the life of projects are exceptional.
