Bowen led the complete replacement and expansion of the amphitheater in the heart of The Flats, Cleveland’s entertainment district. Located on the river in downtown, the open-air 5,000 seat facility features a tensile roof, grandstands, VIP seating and reserve seating, stage, concessions, dressing rooms and offices.

Bowen worked closely with theatrical experts, lighting and sound consultants and the venue operator to deliver a state-of-the-art entertainment venue under a tight schedule.
