ODOT Euclid Maintenance Facility Criteria Architect / Engineer

Richard L. Bowen + Associates was selected by The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority and The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to provide services as criteria architect for a new ODOT maintenance facility in Euclid, Ohio.

As Criteria Architect, Richard L. Bowen + Associates Inc. worked with ODOT to develop a Program for the new facility to be built on a 7-acre site in Euclid. The resulting Program outlines requirements for a 38,000 SF Maintenance Facility, a 6,000 SF Cold Storage Building, a 6000-ton Salt Storage, a Mix Building and an outdoor fueling island. RLB+A prepared a conceptual site plan and floor plans for all of these structures.

Once the Design/Build team was selected, RLB+A continued to be a part of the process by attending all of the meetings and reviewing the design build team's work. During the current construction phase, RLB+A continues to attend meetings and reviews the quality of the work in the capacity of Owner's Representative.
