Right Sizing
With the retail landscape continuously evolving clients having been looking for ways to remain competitive in the tighter brick and mortar arena. This includes reducing the cost of leases, maintenance and conditioning the space; while maximizing the usability of store square footage. For some clients this practice, known as right-sizing, has become the perfect solution. Our team has worked with many of our national clients to help determine their optimal size, review code compliance due to layout revisions and provide design support in the form of proposed plans and elevations options for future lessees.
Prototype Design
In addition to general program work for our national clients, Bowen also offers Prototype Design and Management Services. These prototype services include coordinating with clients as needed to complete the earliest set of documents, maintaining current prototype drawings and specifications, and organizing/tracking design updates throughout the life of the prototype version. Our use of Revit also allows us to retain design options for handed variants or feature alternates; which in turn affords for flexibility and quick modifications.
