Shopping Centers
Shopping centers still hold a place in today’s ever changing retail economy. Trends evolve, and developers seek out new ways to attract visitors. The principal goal of a successful design remains the same: to create a central gathering space with a unified look and feel with the flexibility to highlight individual tenant identities. Whether you want to update your look, reinvent your space, or build a new facility from the ground up, Bowen has the experience to make your vision a reality.

Architecture and Corporate Image
Just as the consistency of the products our clients sell is important to their customers, the consistency of the building architecture for the point of purchase plays a crucial role in portraying a retailer’s corporate image. As specialists in prototype management, roll-out work, and site adaptive architecture/engineering, Bowen recognizes that the construction of identifiable, repeatable, and consistent buildings is an important component in retail success. Our experience with image upgrade and implementation work includes renovations of shopping centers, national takeover programs, national re-branding, and coordination of individual store branding within shopping centers.
